Kaeli Thompson

If you thought it wasn’t possible to make a list of vegetables not just interesting but deeply exciting, you haven’t meet Kaeli. From sweet potatoes to kale, SPRITES to ASB, and volleyball to Young Life, Kaeli’s enthusimism takes the simple things in life and turns them into so much more. She is a peacemaker, creating opportunities for her peers to shine through her quiet but powerful leadership and bringing together communities by sharing the genuine and most meaningful aspects of her experiences and values with others. And she is a changemaker, creating a #hillers4kindness campaign to combat bullying and anonymous criticism amongst her classmates on social media. Her work has been recognized nationally and has inspired similar programs at schools across the country. As she pursues her studies at Emory University in the fall, she will surely continue to spread her message of love, kindness, connection and compassion.
